How to Use

Start your day by brushing your teeth as part of your usual morning routine. Follow with scraping your tongue using a tongue scraper and oil pulling.

Open the mouth wide and place the tongue scraper on the furthest reachable part of the tongue. Apply gentle pressure and pull the scraper towards the tip of the tongue, while rinsing in between.  When finished clean your scraper with warm water and natural soap and pat dry with a towel.

Remove the stopper and take approx. 1 tsp of oil. Swish 2-5 mins. (the longer the better!) Discard oil into the trash. Do not swallow. Rinse optional. With the appropriately sized sip, our oil will last up to 6 weeks.
