Suggested Use
For immediate support: 3mL in water; repeat as needed. For extended support: 3mL every 1-3 hours for up to 5 days. Limit to: 10 servings per day. Not intended for long term use.

#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: Herbs can work within 5 minutes to impact symptoms! To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving (see label for serving size). Serving may need to be repeated 2-4x for full relief. See individual product label for max daily servings.
#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to every 3-4 hours a day as symptoms improve, up to 5 consecutive days. See individual product label for max daily servings.

Valerian root: As a muscle soother, Valeriana officinalis extract may help ease muscle and tendon tension and support healthy sleep cycles.
Black Cohosh root: Actaea racemosa is used to support a healthy inflammatory response and calm and relax the muscles throughout the body and joints.
Wild Lettuce aerials: Lactuca virosa, L. serriola, L. quercina, L. canadensis is a common weed in Europe and North America that helps ease muscle tension. A relative of the common garden lettuce, Wild Lettuce aerials support a healthy inflammatory response.
Passionflower aerials: Passiflora incarnata is a plant that thrives throughout certain regions in the world. Its aerial parts have been known to help calm the nervous system, support stress responses, support optimal sleep cycles and ease occasional anxiousness and worry.
Scullcap aerials: Scutellaria lateriflora extracts contain significant amounts of flavonoids, including baicalin and scutellarin, which are believed to be the active properties accounting for its ability to ease tension and spasms, and calm the body into a restful state.
Wood Betony (European) aerials: The Anglo-Saxons prized Stachys officinalis as a panacea that could help to ease any discomfort. Wood Betony has been associated with supporting discomforts in the solar plexus region of the body. Today, Wood Betony is used to support mental clarity, ease muscle tension, support a healthy stress response in the mind and body, and digestive upset and nausea caused by nervous tension or anxiousness.
