Vera Salt’s Fleur de Sel is a naturally formed salt that blooms on the surface of our protected spring beds under just the right mix of sun, breeze, and patience. Harvested entirely by hand in small batches, these diamond crystals are denser and crunchier than our Flake Salt, delivering a satisfying texture and a clean, delicate flavor.

Perfect as a finishing touch when you want a pronounced crunch and a subtle burst of salinity. Sprinkle it over roasted vegetables, poached eggs, grilled fish, or dark chocolate to elevate both everyday dishes and special moments with a touch of refinement.

Third-party tested for microplastics and heavy metals, including: Aluminum (Al), Arsenic (As), Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), and Mercury (Hg).
