Kids 1-3: Take 3 pumps or 40 drops in water or juice for taste; repeat 1-3 times daily or as practitioner recommended. Kids 4+: Take 5 pumps or 80 drops in water or juice for taste; repeat 1-3 times daily or as practitioner recommended. (1 droppers full = 0.75mL)

#3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Tonic use is about promoting optimal health through deep, nutritive support over time. Take one serving 2-4 times a day for as long as needed or as practitioner recommended. Tonics are safe to take long term but appropriate length is unique to each individual and their health goals.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

• Marshmallow root: Althaea officinalis can act as an expectorant and offers benefits including moistening a dry mouth, easing coughs, and helping to line and protect the throat.
