How to Use

1. Brush your teeth using the Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste.
2. Scrape your tongue using a tongue scraper.
3. Swish 1 teaspoon of Charcoal Oil Pulling for 2–5 minutes (the longer, the better).
4. Spit the oil into the trash (do not swallow or pour into the sink).
5. Floss and repeat daily for optimal results.
