Mediterranean Lemon

A fresh, light authentic Mediterranean dressing with bold flavor! Pairs well with any salad including Greek salad and is a wonderful fattoush & tabouli dressing. We love this dressing drizzled on avocado toast with micro greens.  It's very versatile and makes a great marinade for chicken and lamb chops. Inspired by Karen's loving Lebanese mother-in-law, Sylvia, who never measured. So she recreated her traditional dressing that she served with every meal.
