Suggested Use

Via Mother’s Milk: 16 pumps in a little water for taste by mother 20 minutes prior to nursing, as needed. Direct to Infant: 1 pump in breastmilk/formula or water, as needed.

#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand.

#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

• Fennel seed: Foeniculum vulgare has a sweet, licorice taste and has been used as an after-meal digestive support herb in countries around the world, from its native Mediterranean to Asia. • Peppermint Leaf: Mentha Piperita has been known to act as a carminative. Carminatives are known to help soothe the digestive tract, along with assisting in the excretion of gas from the stomach and bowels.
